Good Afternoon all. I hope you are all having a wonderful Wednesday. This morning I was at the gym from 0700am to 0800am. I did arrived a few minutes late and my Boxing coach was not happy about that. He was like "proud of you showing up but remember we talked about you not arriving late". Oops so I guess I am in shit. Not looking forward to Friday. I figured I could probably benchlift 15 pounds on either side so that's what I did today. And I deadlifted 35 pounds on either side. Body just feels stronger right now so I am rolling with that and making the best of what I can when I can. 

After the gym I worked with my client with Down Syndrome. We walk for 4.30 K today. Good walk.
