I Wanted to share Photos of my most recent toque. A Beautiful Grey And Brown Knitted Toque. As I was knitting the toque I wasn't sure if the color combinations would go together but I love how the toque turned out and I thought the colors were perfect together. Tuesday October 22, 2024: Today I had class and I went to the gym I did a Bootcamp class this evening at the gym. Great Workout 

Wednesday October 23, 2024: Today I had a Boxing Lesson. 

Thursday October 24, 2024: Today I had a Boxing Lesson. I had Class and I also did a Bootcamp class this evening at the gym. 

Friday October 25, 2024: Today I had a Boxing Lesson. After Boxing I headed home and then head to catch the ferries to the mainland. 

Saturday October 26, 2024: Happy Birthday to me. It's my birthday today. Feeling grateful I get to spend my birthday with family. I Baked oatmeal cookies today. I also baked brownies I got to see my brother and family. I saw Salmon and enjoyed an Indian Dinner. 

Sunday October 27, 2024: Today I hiked up to Burnaby Mountain. I also finished baking oatmeal cookies. 

Great weekend. Glad I made it over to the mainland. Glad to be heading back to the island today.

First of all I want to say Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Today I made protein shakes. I also took some selfies after doing cooking. Here Are the Pictures of the selfies I took. 



I had my Excel exam at college and  I did a workout at the gym. After the gym I got Thai Food. Here are photos of the Thai Food.

Feeling shitty and crummy today. I had a boxing lesson and my boxing coach is livid at me. He doesnt think I am improving at boxing and I just feel like shit. He basically told me to get a new boxing coach. He just wants to get rid of me and hates me. Honestly I just feel like blowing off the lesson tomorrow. I will write more later after I stop crying. 

The Moonlight Fairy

I did 150 ABS today. I did 50 Sit Ups, 50 V-Sits and 50 Toes. Feeling too broken to go for a run today. I know it's my fault though. I brought this upon my self. 


Thursday October 17, 2024
Good morning all. I had a sleepless night. Well I actually slept on and off. I had to take Tylenol around 2am in the morning (or maybe it 1am or 3am...not totally sure) Only took two Tylenol. I also just felt like changing my profile photos on Instagram and Facebook To just a Black Picture. So all you see in my profile pics right now is Blackness. I feel like blowing off training today. It's not like coach wants me there anyways. What's the point. He will just yell at me a lot more. I feel like blowing off training in the evening as well. Just listening to music right now and drinking coffee. So I ended up doing Boxing this morning. When my coach asked how I was doing I actually couldn't say anything. I was holding back tears because I wanted to break down and cry again. Anyways class got canceled today which was unfortunate so I saw a friend instead. Before seeing a friend I made myself go for a run. Here are my running photos. 




I also ended up going to the fitness class in the evening as well. 

Friday October 18, 2024:
Good evening all. Still feeling like shit but maybe that's a good thing. Maybe I need to be chewed out so I can actually start putting in the work and improving. I need to be more disciplined. I did ABS today. I did 150 ABS. 50 Sit Ups, 50 V-Sits and 50 Bicycles. I also wrote a poem today.

I also went for a run in the rain. I was proud of myself for not pulling my phone out at all during the run tonight.

honestly I don't know why I am writing this right now on my blog but I am. I feel like I am under constant punishment for not doing what coach expects of me. I feel like I am walking a very thin line at the moment. I feel like I need to prove myself to coach and just do what he expects of me no matter what. I feel like I need to start following the checklist daily. So thats why i am trying to be better at ABS and Running. I did ABS on Wednesday but not Thursday. And I did ABS today. I went for a run yesterday and today. I do know this isn't good enough i need to be doing ABS daily and running more often like three times a week or even more then that right now.

Reflection Journal Tuesday October 01 - Sunday October 06, 2024

Tuesday October 01, 2024: When I got up this morning I did 5 shoulder taps, 5 Glute Bridges and 5 Dead Bugs. I also rolled my shoulders and my right hip with a lacrosse ball. This morning I had a Boxing Lesson. I did skipping, push ups, footwork, throwing punches on pads and the bag as well as ABS. I made the mistake of being too critical at myself and coach got pissed off at me about that. I seem to piss off my boxing coach all the time. When I got home after Boxing I made A Protein Shake. I also had Business Technology Class at College. After class at the college I was back at the gym doing a bootcamp class. I also went to Uptown. I picked up toilet paper at Walmart. I bought yarn at Michaels. I also returned some books to the library. I am planning on making an eye appointment as I think I need a new eye glasses prescription. Down below are some pics I took today.

Wednesday October 02nd, 2024: Good Afternoon All. I hope you are all having a great day today. I hope you all make today wonderful. Get out there and do some fitness and get some exercise. In my opinion it's important to take part in fitness and exercise on a daily basis. You should move your body every day. I wanted to write that I did Boxing this morning. I did Skipping, Push ups, sit ups, squats and a plank. I threw punches, I threw combos on pads and I did Bag Work. Good session. I got some unfortunate news from work. I lost my eight hour client with dementia but in a way that is okay as my eight hour client seemed to be extremely difficult and I would have had to be very firm with the client. What else did I do today? I called several eye glasses optometrists until I was able to get an appointment today. I was right I do need a new pair of eye glasses. My prescription has changed. I am straining my left eye again so that's too bad. Will post some photos later.

These are the new eye glasses I am getting. Will take about two weeks. In another reflection journal I will be posting new selfies of me with the new glasses. Pretty sure though that the glasses I am getting don't have the green blue all around. Just on the top part.

Thursday October 03rd, 2024: Good Evening All. So what did I do today? This morning I went to Poppeyes and bought more protein powder. I also got a free t-shirt. Then I went to the college for my Business Technology Class. I did the Fitness Bootcamp Class and finished my Excel assignment. All to write for today. 




Friday October 04, 2024: This morning I did Boxing. I also had a massage therapy appointment today. I also bought groceries and I went to a lantern festival. 




Saturday October 05, 2024: Today I worked. 

Sunday October 06, 2024: Today I worked. Feeling very miserable today. Feeling like crap. I wish I was reinjured again right now. Decided not to go for a run and just let my emotions take over and cry.
