Good Afternoon All. I hope you are all having a great day. Today's post isn't a knitting post. I guess today I just want to write a bit of a journal. So to start off with on Monday I couldn't sleep that well. I was up half the night. So then when I woke up on Tuesday Morning after not having a good nights sleep I was feeling like vomiting. I had nausea and I almost did vomit. I couldn't even eat. I have to admit I get nausea over smells for no reason. I made myself have a few bites of an apple. Then I went to the Boxing Gym. I got there basically right at 7am which I wasn't pleased with that. I want to be getting there at least 15 minutes early. And I know my Boxing coach expects me to arrive 15 minutes early. I came in and I told my coach I was stressed out. And then clammed up as I didn't want to say why. And then he was pissed off at me as I didn't want to say why. My Boxing Coach asked me what I would do if one of my clients told me they were stressed out and didn't want to say why. I said I would be concerned. Anyways long story short I think I am more stressed out at Camosun College because in the last program I took I didn't pass the last practicum and I don't want the same thing to happen in this program I am taking. Boxing went well. I did skipping, push ups, foot work, throwing punches, bag work and ABS. After Boxing I went home and did meal prep. See Photos Below.
Then I had my first Business Technology course. I think I had signed up the first time and then dropped the course and then I took the course and didn't get a grade I was happy with and then last year I wanted to re-take the course but I found it too much taking three courses so again withdrew from the course and now I am just doing the Business Technology course on its own. I know the instructor already so thats a good thing. He is the chair for the program I am in and I made a few appointments with him last year. After Class which finished early I paid for the last physio appointment and then went to Walmart and the Dollar Store. I bought a new blender and some other items. Today Wednesday I had a boxing lesson and I also have massage therapy. Well I had the massage therapy appointment with a new massage therapist Darren. I am surprised but happy that I wasnt nervous about having a new massage therapist. He worked on my shoulders, back and right hip. He did a lot of trigger point therapy. It was good. Body feels sore now and I feel like I just need to lay down for a while. Still planning on going for a run tonight.
