Good evening all, I am struggling today with a lot of stress and emotions. I feel like shit. I feel worthless. I feel no good. These emotions are normal so no need to get concerned. It's just that school is tough and I am worried about not passing my courses. I also got to the gym and the door was shut so I wasnt able to do the class. Consequences of showing up late so that is making me feel really upset as well. I am sure my coach will give me shit tomorrow.
