Good morning all. Happy Tuesday. I hope you all have a terrific Tuesday.
This morning I was at the gym doing Boxing. I tried my best in Boxing. I did skipping, push ups, speed bag work, ladder work and I threw punches. I also did ABS. I did crunches, leg raises and bicycles. 30 of each exercise.
After Boxing I took my car in to the shop (Toyota) for its 6 month servicing appointment. I was going to have them fix a part on the driver side door at the bottom that is covering pipe but I decided that wasn't important and them fixing a squealing noise was better. I picked up some taxi vouchers and then I took a taxi home.
At home I did lay down for a while not doing much and then I did 150 ABS. I did Sit Ups, Toe Touches, Russian Twists, Crunches, and Side Crunches. I also did meal prep. I was going to go for a run after meal prep but got the call that I could pick up my car. I picked up my car around 5pm and then I went to the gym for the High Intensity Boot camp class. I also did knitting today as well.
