Good Morning All. I hope you all have a Terrific Tuesday as well as a Triumphant Tuesday. I will write more later. This morning I went to the gym and did Boxing. So what did I do in Boxing? I did Skipping, Push Ups, Speed Bag Work, Foot Work, I threw Punches and I did ABS. After that I didn't do too much. I did try to do some exercises for Tennis Elbow and then I got worried thinking maybe I was doing the wrong exercises. I hope your Tuesday was amazing and that you all got in some fitness and exercise.
