Emily's Textiles: Tuesday June 30th, 2026

Good Afternoon All. Happy Tuesday. I hope you all have a Terrific Tuesday Today. This morning I went to the gym and had a personal training session. I also had new lenses put in my glasses frames. And I had a Physiotherapy appointment today. Physio was originally supposed to be for my Shoulder but I feel like I have my Shoulder Problem under control as I am doing the exercises for my shoulder every week. So instead Physio was for my Back. I have been having Back Pain since starting work in Traffic Control Again. I want to be able to stand on the road for up to 13 hours with zero Back Pain. I have some exercises to do which I will need to do daily. I am supposed to do the "Bird Dog Stretch, The Cat Cow Stretch and Glute Bridges". I was supposed to have a Boxing lesson as well but Boxing was canceled as my Coach was camping and coming back from his camping trip today. So instead I went for a 4K Run this evening. I also finished Math Level Three Unit 2 and Submitted it online. I am now waiting for Math Level 3 Unit 3 to open up. Now on to Textiles News. I bought this book today from Chapters after my Physiotherapy appointment. I am excited about reading this book. I actually met the author "Emily Paxman" at the Latter Day Saint Church in Victoria, BC. She is an amazing person. Quick note to add that this is her second book. I hope to eventually be able to write books myself as well.
